Advocacy

A large part of Geni.Energy's work is in writing submissions, lobbying key decision makers and researching and preparing reports to support our advocacy.  We engage with renewable sector contacts, all levels of government and with the community to help create more opportunities from renewable energy and help Narrabri and Northwest NSW transition away from fossil fuels.

Not-for-profit renewable energy consultants Geni.Energy have won their biggest renewable energy grant to date, bringing a new community battery to Narrabri.

Geni Energy wins Electric Vehicle charger for Narrabri

As a local not-for-profit organisation, Geni.Energy has said it is excited to be able to help provide this much-needed service to Narrabri.

“I already know EV owners choosing a travel route, that excludes Narrabri, due to our lack of charging infrastructure. Sally Hunter, one of the founders of Geni.Energy said.
